2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.7174 of 2023 and the delay of 1203 days is condoned and C.M.P.No.7174 of 2023 is accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.7174 of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.7180 & 7182 of 2023 are also ordered.
