O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to hand over the keys of Door No.64A, Uthangarai Town comprised in S.No.9/1 to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner's father executed a sale deed in respect of disputed premises infavour of one Kumar who is the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's father's sister's son. Therefore, there is a dispute in respect of the disputed shop among the family members. In fact, the 4th respondent enquired the complaint lodged and closed it as civil in nature. Further both the parties appear before the civil court.

3. Therefore, the direction sought for cannot be considered, hence the matter is only civil in nature. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
