This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for willfully and wantonly disobeying the order of this Court dated 04.04.2017 in W.P.No.41669 of 2016. For Petitioner : Mr.K.M.Ramesh for M/s.Samanta and Ston For Respondents : Mr.S.Rathina Sabapathy, Senior Panel Counsel

O R D E R

Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.41669 of 2016 dated 04.04.2017, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that an order of status-quo has been granted by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.1642/2017 dated 13.12.2017 which was preferred against the order passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 41669 of 2016 dated 04.04.2017.

In view of the Status quo granted by the Division Bench of this Court, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner Association

to renew the Contempt Petition in case of their success before the Division Bench.
