The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to clarify the order dated 10.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.13871 of 2016 to the effect that the pay of the petitioner herein as on 10.03.2021 should be taken into account for the purpose of settlement of gratuity and pension.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition and hence, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
