2. Recording the said submission, these contempt petitions are closed.

Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.

3. Since it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already given complaint to the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court, Madras and the same is pending, it is for the Vigilance Department to take necessary action in the matter.
