Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to release the subsidy amount of Rs.17,15,000/- under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) scheme to the petitioner based on his representation dated 19.09.2023 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct Respondents 1 to 3 to release the subsidy amount of Rs.17,15,000/- under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) scheme to the petitioner, based on his representation dated 19.09.2023, which has not been considered to date.

2. The learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel submits that the writ petitioner's representation will be considered on its merits in accordance with the law within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2/5

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 1 to 3, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2023 for the release of the subsidy amount of Rs.17,15,000/- under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) scheme on its merits, in accordance with the law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
