ORDER
This criminal original petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to execute the NBW issued against the accused by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Alandur in C.C.No. 465/2016. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner, who had collected the particulars of EOW case, submitted that he found that the 3rd respondent is an accused in C.C. No. 3488 of 2020 which is pending trial before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai and in that case also, a nonbailable warrant is pending against the 3rd respondent herein, who is A2 in that case.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent Police to co-ordinate with EOW and to take sincere efforts to find out the whereabouts of the absconding accused/3rd respondent and as and when secured, to produce her before the Court concerned. Further, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Adyar, to form a team and ensure that the 3rd respondent is secured and produced before the Court concerned at the earliest.

With the above directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
