ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct directing the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and Revenue Officials, while survey the land, bearing survey No.224/4, for an extent of 00040 Sq.meter, situated in Alambadi Village, Thittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 & 2. 3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and the same shall be acted upon by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law and decision shall 2/4

be taken, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint.
