This revision has been filed as against the fair and decreetal Order of the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore allowing the E.P.No.280 of 2012 in A.R.73 of 2012 dated 05.06.2013 directing attachment of salary.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the Execution Petition itself has been terminated.

3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives in this revision.
