CRL.OP.No.14772 of 2015 P.N.PRAKASH, J.

On 10.08.2015, this Court passed the following order: "3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 09.02.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.04.2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

2. It was brought to the notice of this Court, that the police have served a copy of the Closure Report to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption "for being mentioned".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the Closure Report was served on him on 10.08.2015 itself.

4. Under such circumstances, paragraph No.3 and 4 shall be read as follows:

"3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 09.02.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.04.2015.

4. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law." 28.10.2015 gya Note : Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
