This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to grant an order of direction, directing the respondents, to register a case and prosecute the accused, in respect of the complaints, dated 10/4/2014, submitted by the petitioners and covered by CSR Receipt No.75/2014, issued by the second respondent, regarding the offences of the threat to life, criminal trespass, illegal demolition etc.
