This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint dated 31.3.2015, investigate and file final report within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 31.3.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 11.4.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
