Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. The leanred counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is doing sand business after obtaining necessary license to sell the sand. Since the respondents herein are interfering with his business, he made a representation dated 27.04.2017 to the authorities concerned, including the respondents herein. But, no action has been taken by the said authorities. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the respondents submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the said submissions made by either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry with the respondent police.

(ii) The second respondent is also directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law, without any harassment to the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
