No.979/ 2025 / A4 dated 04.10.2025 within a stipulated period of time.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) In response to the allegation made by the petitioner that, even though encroachment was identified but no action is being taken, the learned State Government Advocate, upon instructions, informs the Court that in this case, proceedings under Land Encroachment Act were drawn and eviction order was also passed on 10.12.2025, against which an appeal has been filed, which is pending consideration before the appellate authority.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned State Government Pleader, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
