Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 21.07.2014 and remainder dated 29.09.2014, 15.12.2014 and 07.04.2015 to implement the order against the 2nd to 6th respondents order dated 17.06.2014 passed by the 1st respondent in Case No.40797/Enquiry/A/2012 (1479/A/13).

By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner got favourable order dated 17.06.2014 from the first respondent in Case No.40797/Enquiry/A/2012 (1479/A/13). To https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

implement the said order, submitted a representation dated 21.07.2014 followed by remainders dated 29.09.2014, 15.12.2014 and 07.04.2015 and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.M.V.Muralidaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation/ application, directs the first respondent to consider the above said representations in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, after putting on notice to the persons concerned, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 to 6.
