ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the Respondent to sanction permission and to provide security to conduct orchestra on 24.03.2021 to 24.03.2021 .

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent has infact permitted the petitioner to conduct the festival and what has been restrained is only the cultural programme, taking into consideration the pandemic situation. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
