The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2024, registered for the offences under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1-A), 14 A of I.P.C in crime No.367 of 2024 seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate stated that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. He has also produced the copy of the order passed by the District Collector,Cuddalore District vide detention order in No.C3/DO/12/2024 on 26.02.2024.

3.In view of the fact that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
