ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. Aggrieved by the grant of patta No.893 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the respondents 7 to 11, the petitioner had filed an appeal dated 05.01.2026 before the third respondent. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said appeal.

3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal dated 05.01.2026 is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 7 to 11, notice to the respondents 7 to 11 is dispensed with by this Court.

6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.01.2026.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 05.01.2026 filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice after hearing the objections of the respondents 7 to 11 as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire. No Costs.
