By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the wife of Ali Hussain son of Ashak Hussain and according to her, though her husband is known as Ali Hussain in practice, he was also used to be called as Babu and when the child namely, B.Naren Vignesh was born to them, his name was entered as A.Babu with the petitioner's name as mother. Petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.04.2015 to the respondent praying for alteration of the name of her husband from "A.Babu" to "Ali Hussain" and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.P.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.B.Rajesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the said representation has been mis-sent and not received.
4.This Court in the light of the facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by enclosing necessary documents and the respondent on receipt of the same shall provide the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a such representation and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
