ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para No.4 in Crl.O.P. No.31259 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024, imposed by the Hon'ble Justice A.D. Jagadish Chandira, which reads as follows: "4.
Considering the voluntary submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.331 of 2024 without prejudice to the right of defence before the Trial Court and making it clear that it would not amount to admission of guilt."
