The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to release forthwith the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.TN-07-BM6076.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.

3. It is is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that already an order of confiscation was passed on 06.11.2017 in Na.Ka.2116/2017/Oo and therefore, the petitioner has to work out her remedy for release of the vehicle in a manner known to law only by making a challenge against the confiscation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly submitted that since the order of confiscation was passed during the pendency of the writ petition, the

petitioner will agitate the matter before the appropriate forum in a manner known to law.

5. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
