ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25, 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.66 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is one of the accused in the Crime No.66 of 2022 in respect of 176 Kgs of Ganja illegally transported from Vishakapatnam to Kerala via Tamil Nadu. Based on the confession statement of the accused from whom contraband was seized, this petitioner was arrayed as one of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the gravity of the offence and the quantity of the contraband involved, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
