ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.36515 of 2016, by order dated 19.10.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2015 with regard to posting of the petitioner to the Armed Reserved General Duty and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 16.02.2017 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
