ORDER
The petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the opening of technical bids and issuance of the Tender summary Report dated 07.02.2026 for Tender ID 2026 _ HWAY _ 645447_1 in connection with Tender Notice No. 43/2025 - 2026 / HDO dated 19.01.2026 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same insofar as it rejects the petitioner's technical bid, and to Consequently direct the 2nd respondent to qualify the petitioner in the technical bids and include the petitioner's name in the technical evaluation. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, all the original documents relating to the tender has been produced before this Court. From a perusal of the same, it is clear that the other contractors had uploaded all the requisite documents without any deviation, whereas, the petitioner has not uploaded the necessary QC certificate. Therefore, it is not true that the work order has been issued to the one who has not uploaded all the necessary documents.
Since, the petitioner has failed to upload the requisite documents before the respondent, his claim to quash the records relating to the opening of technical bids and issuance of the Tender summary Report dated 07.02.2026 cannot be sustained and this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
