ORDER

It is represented by Mr.V.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel who is attached to the Chambers of the learned counsel on record Mr.G.Anandakumar, on instructions, that the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file, which reads as follows : "In view of the subsequent amendments in the Insecticides Act the Writ Petition has become infructuous."
