Respondents 1 and 3 are present in Court today pursuant to the statutory notice. The second respondent was transferred and as such, he is presently represented by the District Educational Officer, Vellore, who is holding charge.

2. The first respondent passed an order dated 05.11.2015 approving the appointment of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents are yet to disburse the monetary benefits.

4. It is open to the petitioner to submit a representation to the first respondent for the purpose of disbursing monetary benefits.

In case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered in the light of order dated 05.11.2015, as expeditiously as possible.
