2. Registry to amend the cause-title of W.P.No.17740 of 2016 to include the legal heirs of deceased petitioner, as petitioners 2 to 5, as detailed hereunder:

3.Prabhakaran, S/o. Arumugam [Petitioner No.4] 4.Manikandan, S/o.Arumugam [Petitioner No.5] Petitioners 4 and 5 are of unsound mind (special children) rep. by their natural guardian Prema [Petitioner No.2]
