Respondents This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned resolution number 92 passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.06.2014 and the consequential Auction Tender Notification in Na.Ka No. 4500/2011/A1 dated 23.07.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently permit the petitioners to continue as licensees under the respondents till the expiry of their license period.

Heard Mr.I.Abrar MD Abdullah, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Thambusamy learned appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the resolution passed by the first respondent Municipality in respect of auction and tender notification dated 23.07.2014. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition was directed to be posted along with Writ Appeal Nos. 1508 to 1510 of 2014, wherein, an identical issue was being considered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the connected writ appeals have been dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 11.03.2015. and as a consequence thereof, the present writ petition also deserves to be dismissed.

4. With the above observation, the present writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
