impugned order dated 13.12.2022 in proceeding order No.56727-D12022 passed by the second respondent, cancelling the Registration Certificate standing in the name of the petitioner issued on 14.07.2022 in respect of the vehicle Toyota Innova bearing Registration No.TN-09-BW0001 and to quash the same as issued without any jurisdiction and contrary to settled proposition of law.
