(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. Violation of rule relating to location of Tasmac shop having not been prima facie made out from the averments in the petition, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending. However, it is open for the petitioner to persuade the authorities to get the shop relocated owing to public objection.
