Respondent Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant a interim mandatory injunction directing the Respondent to forthwith remove the wall and provide unobstructed access to the amenities in the Project Site at The Avenues at Esplanade No.75, Vaidyanatha Mudali Street, Tondiarpet, Chennai-600 081 in the interest of justice, equity.

This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application is filed seeking a mandatory injunction directing the respondent to forthwith remove the wall

and provide unobstructed access to the amenities in the project site at The Avenues at Esplanade No.75,Vaidyanatha Mudali Street, Tondiarpet, Chennai 81.

2. The parties appear to have reached an agreement to remove the wall.

3. When the matter is called for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would undertake that his client is in process of making arrangements to bring down the wall. He would further submit that the process would be completed within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the undertaking and the request for the period of four weeks for complying thereof, to which the applicant has no objection, the present application is closed.
