ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to produce the detenu Ms.Subha, D/o.Nagaraj, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 now submitted a proceedings of the Judicial Magistrate at Sirkali stating the detenue had been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Sirkali by Anaikkaran Chathiram Police Station with reference to Crime No.49/2018. The detenue Ms.Subha deposed before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate that she got married with one Mr.Sathishkumar and she is living with him. In this regard, the certificate of registration of marriage, registered in Sl.No.137/2018, dated 02.02.2018 has also been produced before us.

3.In view of the fact that the detenue is not illegally detained, and further she got married with one Mr.Sathishkumar and leading a matrimonial home. Thus, there is no ground for entertaining this Habeas Corpus Petition.
