The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner made the following endorsement:- "Possession of the premises handed over to the petitioner by the second respondent. So the petition is withdrawn with as being for liberty to file fresh application if need arises."

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these applications stand dismissed as withdrawn giving the right to the petitioner to approach the Court if need arise.
