This petition is filed praying to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.822 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent-Police, as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in No.LTN 20220002382C202400346 and the case is taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, Crl.M.P. is closed.
