This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce an arbitral award.

2.Mr.Sunil Kumar, learned counsel, who has taken notice for the respondent, has stated no objection for allowing this application. 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time.
