Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Wakf Tribunal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In light of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Wakf Tribunal before whom O.A.No.293 of 2019 and I.A.No.110 of 2019 are still pending. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
