Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to survey the petitioner's land and fix for the boundary comprising in survey Nos.197/2B3 measuring 21 cents situated at Sekadu Village, Avadi Town, Poonamalle Taluk and Thiruvallore District within the stipulated time.

By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 13.02.2013 to the respondents praying for measurement of the boundaries in Survey No.197/2B3 situated at Sekadu Village, Thiruvallur District and it was also followed by representations dated 05.01.2015 and 09.03.2015 to the Collector of Thiruvallore District and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Digvijaya Pandian, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, directs the respondent to consider the application dated 13.02.2013 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after putting on notice to the persons concerned and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently the Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
