O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents "not to harass" the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by S.Mohanraj the defacto complainant under the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

landlord and tenant dispute is pending between the petitioner and the defacto complaint and based on the complaint given by one Mohanraj, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 16.03.2022.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
