The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 13.12.2019.
2. In his representation, the petitioner has asked for the details of the enquiry proceedings conducted by the first respondent / Regional Provident Fund Corporation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent
would submit that action under Section 7 A of EPF and MP Act, 1932, was initiated and the same is under process. After completion of the enquiry, the required details will be given to the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the second and third respondents would submit that the petitioner was already suspended from the diocese and he has no locus standi to ask for the details. It is open to the second respondent to produce all the accounts, so that the first respondent will process the contribution details in accordance with law. 5.
Considering the factual circumstances, a direction is given to the first respondent / Regional Provident Fund Corporation authority to conclude the Section 7 A of the Enquiry under Section EP and NP Act, 1932, within a period of two months and pass orders. It is open to the parties to agitate the matter, if so aggrieved.
