ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 10.11.2020 (C.S.R.No.684 of 2020) preferred by the petitioner, conduct enquiry in accordance with law.
2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had approached the jurisdictional Magistrate viz., District Munsif- cum-Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur in CMP.No.89 of 2021 and the learned Magistrate by an order dated 01.02.2021 had dismissed the petition. The remedy is available to the petitioner is to challenge the order passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to challenge the order made in CMP.No.89 of 2021 dated 01.02.2021 passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur.
Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the order made in CMP.No.89 of 2021 dated 01.02.2021 passed by the District Munsif- cum-Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
