Today, this petition is listed under the caption, 'for clarification', at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to modify the order dated 23.08.2021 by withdrawing the OP.No.2 of 2022 on the file of Sub-Court, Tambaram (MOP.No.42/2021 on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry) and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chengalpet.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to transfer OP.No.2 of 2022 on the file of Sub-Court, Tambaram (MOP.No.42/2021 on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry) and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chengalpet. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

5. The learned counsel for the respondent further submitted that the respondent is studying in Canada and hence he may be permitted to appear as and when required for hearing.

6. In view of the above, this petition is allowed. The OP.No.2 of 2022 on the file of Sub-Court, Tambaram (MOP.No.42/2021 on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry) is directed to be transferred to the Family Court, Chengalpet.

7. The respondent is directed to file necessary application before the concerned court. After filing of such application, the concerned Court is directed to consider the application and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
