Abdul Rasheed by Document No.5322/96 dated 05.08.1996 as null and void and non-est in the eye on law (c) In the event of the Hon'ble Court granting relief (b) above, then the undivided share of 143/432 shall be distributed among the plaintiff and the defendants 1 to 3 as prescribed in the Islamic law of Inheritance (Hanafi) with the share of the plaintiff going up to 353/2160; (d) the defendants 1 to 3 do render a true and proper account of receipts and expenditure of the suit schedule property from 1992 upto onwards; (e) for cost of the suit For Plaintiff : Ms. T. The parties have filed a joint memorandum of compromise signed by both the parties and their respective counsels.
