2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in in Crl.MP.No.1727 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24518 of 2021 dated 15.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
