This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners; Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan, learned counsel for the first respondent; and Mr.A.Jenitha Mary, learned counsel for the third respondent. Despite name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the second respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 151 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
