2. This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to allot alternate site to the petitioner as requested in the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2000 and further representation dated 23.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.M.D.Ilayaraja, learned Government Advocate, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representations were rejected already and an order was passed to that effect on 13.08.2018. Therefore, he submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that no such order was furnished to the petitioner so far.

5. If that be the case, then it is for the 3rd respondent, who passed the order dated 13.08.2018, to furnish a copy of the said order to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in a manner known to law.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the order passed on 13.08.2018 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in a manner known to law before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
