The petitioner has come out with a limited prayer to dispose of her representation dated 24.08.2020 made to the first respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, her father was an employee under the second respondent and his PF Account Number is TN AMB 0065052 000 0001093. Her father passed away on 17.04.2008 while in service. The petitioner has been declared as the Legal Heir of the deceased employee by the competent Civil Court. She made a representation dated 24.08.2020 to the first respondent claiming the benefits due to his father. However, her representation has not been considered.

3. Therefore, a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2020 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
