This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of exemption to surrender the petitioner before the lower Court in pursuant to the judgment, dated 05.02.2024 made in Crl.A.No.302 of 2022 passed by the learned lower appellate Court in confirming the judgment of the trial Court dated 18.10.2022 in C.C.No.964 of 2020 passed by the trial Court. 2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3492 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.384 of 2024.
