J., It is represented that the 6th respondent in this appeal had since passed away and these applications are filed to condone the delay of 1083 days in seeking to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement; to bring the legal representatives of the deceased/ 6th respondent on record as respondents 7 to 9 and to appoint the 7th respondent as the guardian of the respondents 8 & 9.
2.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed.
