ORDER

The present Application is filed to grant extension of time for execution of security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- by the applicants in terms of the order dated 06.12.2024 in T.O.S.No.28 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that they have got no serious objection. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
