NO.1253 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribinal, Special Sub Court No.2, Chennai [IN CMA.NO.1778/2020]. 2.Agains the award dated 27-08-2019 made in MCOP NO.1253 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribinal, Special Sub Court No.2, Chennai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the appellant is no more and her Legal Heirs should be brought on record.

2. In compliance to the order of this Court dated 04.12.2020, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit the compensation amount ordered by this Court, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.1253 of 2017, on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special SubCourt No.2), Small Causes Court, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Post after four weeks.
